Challenge
Apropo asked us to help them recruit for a PHP Developer.
The challenge was the lack of suitable candidates during the previous recruitment process

- We started our cooperation by getting to know the company and the product
- then determined who we were looking for but also how we operate and communicate
- we prepared employer presentations for candidates
- made some adjustments on the job ad
- and finally developed a strategy for attracting candidates
Result of cooperation
Within 10 days we presented 4 candidates of which one was hired.
